1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (agarbatti, incense sticks, havan cups, puja items), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Change of mind or fragrance preference
  • Products without original packaging and labels

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Brief description of the issue

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement products will be shipped after verification.
  • Delivery time for replacements may vary based on location and stock availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used agarbatti/incense products
  • Havan cups and puja items once opened
  • Products purchased under special offers or clearance sales
  • Gifted items
